I have 8 weeks to get into the best shape of my life. I have 8 weeks to suffer the pains of limiting my caloric intake and varying my workouts so I don't plateau too quickly. I have 8 weeks to watch my inches decrease and muscle increase. I have 8 weeks to get more flexible and potentially say I can do the splits. I have 8 weeks to eat colorful vegetables, grilled protein and frozen yogurt in small portions. I have 8 weeks until glory. I have 8 weeks to see if I can do it. If I can't do it at 26...
