Really? Just Take the Stairs!

I think it's amusing when people who normally go to the gym, aim to eat a healthy diet and take pride in not just looking good, but feeling good... avoid the stairs. Often, I'm the ONLY person who takes the stairs instead of the escalator and I am baffled, especially when people I know who are avid gym goers, do care about their health, avoid such a simple yet healthy option.
