I keep looking at photos of when I was skinny. I keep remembering what it was like to wear pants where your stomach didn't hang over. I keep pulling my pants down as it rides up and into the fat of my tum-tum. I keep wanting to lose weight. I keep eating. I keep gaining more weight.
Today, I have decided once and for all, to get skinny.
I am not eating ANYTHING fried. I can have ONE dessert per weekend. I am only drinking ONCE a week and no more than 1 - scratch that, 2.5 drinks. I am only allowed to eat carbs once a day.
I will starve a bit when I go to sleep. It will be good for me to decrease the size of my stomach.
